Nothing Phone (1) downloaded the New Feedback Feature and More Nothing OS 1.5.4 Update.

 A new OTA update for the Nothing Phone (1) has been released by the tech startup Nothing, which gained notoriety with the introduction of its first phone. The OS is upgraded to Nothing OS 1.5.4 as a result of the update, which also includes the most recent April 2023 security patch.



The 119 MB update was released after the firm decided not to deliver the March 2023 upgrade. Nothing has offered an explanation for this, but many users who have been waiting for an upgrade will undoubtedly feel relieved when the update is released.

The update was simple to install and only took us 20 minutes to finish. The update offers a large range of brand-new features and enhancements that boost the phone's functionality and security.

The feedback function, which enables users to share their opinions on their Nothing OS experience, is one of the major new features included in the update. The corporation will use this feedback to continue developing its operating system.

The update also enhances the ability to move between 4G and 5G networks, lowers standby battery usage, and enhances Bluetooth functionality in Quick Settings, enabling quick access to linked devices. Now that UPI QR codes can be scanned immediately through the camera app and transactions may be completed using a payment app on a user's device, QR code transactions are more seamless.

Additionally, Pop-up view animations have been improved, and the fingerprint pattern unlocking experience has been optimised. The update also adds support for the NDot Cyrillic font and Google Safety Centre for Belarusian, Bulgarian, Macedonian, Russian, Serbian, and Ukrainian.

Other enhancements include resolving freeze issues during Pop-up view, enhancing notification display in Quick Settings, addressing the delay of incoming call notifications, and enhancing time-stamp accuracy for photos.
